This is a Stunning vintage Elgin American Mother of Pearl lighter and Cigarette Case!
They are both Brass with with Mother of Pearl inlaid.
The text on the bottom of the lighter reads the following:

both are used and Have light scratches - see pictures.
Real Statement Pieces
All lighters are sold as collectibles and are sold AS-IS. They can not be tested for flame as they must ship completely dry. Flint and Wick seem good. I do not clean the lighters but for a simple wipe down.
